are no exchanges done through this site. Rather, you should return the
product for a refund in accordance with the procedure listed below and
purchase a new product through this site.
Terms and
Conditions
Customers will now
be able to trial our service for 30 days without early termination fee
penalty. Products
purchased through this site may be returned
within 30 days of activation for a refund of
the purchase price (excluding charges
incurred for wireless service). Note that
this return policy, including the number of
days for return, may be changed without
notice and the policy may not apply to
certain products. To avoid this
charge and be eligible for a full refund for your original wireless
device, you must ensure that we receive your original device in
original new condition with no more than 30 minutes of usage and all
of the product literature, manufacturer packaging and parts included
in your shipment, within 30 days of your activation date. If we do not
receive your original device within the 30 day period and/or it is not
returned in original condition, you may be charged the $200 early
termination fee.
Returned items will not be sent back to you.
Product Returns
To request a return or exchange,
simply:
Return the product, at your expense, through a traceable means of
shipment, in its original box, in like-new condition, with all
original kit components and packaging, within 30 days of activation. This includes all phone models
except the BlackBerry Wireless Handhelds. A copy of your packing
slip (which was enclosed when the products were shipped to you) must
accompany the return. Upon receipt of the returned product, Nextel
will credit your credit card account used for the original purchase.
If there is an outstanding balance on any account for services
associated with a returned Nextel Communications product, they will
deduct the outstanding balance before issuing the credit.
Terms and
Conditions that apply to returns:

$200 early termination fee will apply
to all customers that deactivate under
contract (including involuntary
deactivations).
This applies to all customers
that deactivate regardless of when
contracts are signed.

The activation fees will not be refunded.

IMPORTANT! All rights are reserved
to charge a $25 restocking fee if all
original packaging is not returned or in
cases where a unit with ANY minutes of use
is accepted for a return; A $35.00 upgrade
or replacement fee is charged for those
types of transactions as well.

Account setup fees are not refundable no
equipment service credits or equipment
rebates will be honored.
IMPORTANT
If
you have established a new wireless account
and wish to cancel it,
you must call your wireless service provider
to deactivate your account.
Equipment Condition
All returned merchandise is subject to review and must be returned in
original new condition including all of the components within the
original box, with no more than 30 minutes of usage on the device. At
our discretion, your return may be declined due to cosmetic or
internal damage to the device(s), parts, manufacturer
packaging/literature, etc., thus resulting in a partial credit or the
need to reimburse monies. Returned items
will not be sent back to you.
If You Receive the Wrong Item
If we make an error with your order,
please notify us right away (within 7 days of receiving your shipment)
via the
Customer Service Center, and we will make arrangements to send a
replacement promptly.
Damaged in Shipping
If your shipment was damaged in transit, contact the
Customer
Service Center and we will gladly send you a replacement. Any
product(s) returned must follow our Exchange / Return policy.
Fees Charged by your Wireless Carrier
Once again, if you signed a contract for a new account with a wireless
service provider and do not wish to keep the service, it is your
responsibility to contact the carrier to cancel your account. You
should contact the carrier directly regarding any activation fees,
monthly usage costs, taxes, and/or early termination fees that may be
owed.
Most wireless carriers do not charge
termination fees if you cancel a new account within the first 15 days
of establishing a new contract; however, if you return a wireless
device and do not deactivate your service with your wireless carrier,
you may be charged monthly usage costs, taxes, and/or early
termination fees as agreed upon within the Terms & Conditions at the
point of purchase.
Return Shipping
The shipping charges for return
product(s) are the responsibility of the customer. If the product(s)
is defective upon arrival or if there's any shipment mistake on our
part, we would be happy to send you, upon request, a "prepaid shipping
stamp" to be used with your return. We recommend that you always ship
the product(s) with a shipper that can be tracked. We cannot be
responsible for product unless there is a proof of delivery.
Return Processing Time
Upon receipt of your return package, we will process your returned
item(s) within 48 business hours. If your return is accepted, you will
receive a credit confirmation via email. If there are any issues or
problems with your return, we will notify you via telephone or email.
If
you meet all the requirements of our return policies, we will refund
the equipment purchase price, after any necessary deductions, to the
credit/debit card account used for the original transaction. Shipping
charges are not refundable.
